The world was shocked in July 2025 when a man was sucked into an MRI machine by the metal necklace around his neck and tragically died.
Keith McAllister, 61, was pulled into an MRI in New York when his wife was undergoing a knee scan. She called to him to help her off the table, but sadly, neither of them realized that the scan was still in process until it was too late.
