The movies and shows leaving Netflix Canada this month
Fans of Will Smith and 'American Dad!' will be sad
It’s April, and these favourites are leaving Netflix Canada. While there’s only one show on the cutting block (and it’s still airing new episodes weekly on its American network), some of the movies are former blockbusters.
Get ready to say “goodbye” to the following films:
-
‘Hitch’ (2005)
-
‘Hancock’ (2008)
-
‘Men in Black’ (1997)
-
‘Our Brand is Crisis’ (2015)
-
‘Black Mass’ (2015)
-
‘Charlie St.Cloud’ (2010)
-
‘Footloose’ (1984)
-
‘Tropic Thunder’ (2008)
Only eight—not bad. Except what did Will Smith do wrong to get three of his films axed?!
As for the solo TV show leaving Netflix Canada in April, that would be ‘American Dad!’ (seasons 1 through 6), which airs new episodes Mondays on TBS. If you’re not caught up on the show, there’s still time: you have until April 17 to watch it on Netflix Canada.
Likewise, there’s a little wiggle room with ‘Footloose’ (available until April 13) and ‘Tropic Thunder’ (available until April 19).
