The gender pay gap has slowly decreased over five years from men making 24.7% more than women to men making 21.3% more than women.
But the pay gap still exists in some form within every industry in Australia.
The average Aussie woman's salary is $25,716 less than the average man's, according to the Workplace Gender Equality Agency's latest report card.
