Celebrities mourn the loss of Kim Porter
She was recently found dead in her LA home

Sean "Diddy" Combs and Kim Porter were a popular on-and-off-again couple from 1994 to 2007, well-known and loved in the most famed circles of actors and musicians. The former model, singer and actress from Georgia was found dead November 15 in her LA home, victim to cardiac arrest, at the age of 47.
According to TMZ, Diddy is destroyed over the news. His connection with the mother of three of his children remained strong after they split, still celebrating holidays, vacationing, and regularly hanging out with each other. They cared for and respected each other so much that they never had a formal custody agreement, choosing to instead accommodate one another's schedules.
Now, celebrities are making their deepest condolences known to support their friend in this heartbreaking time. Diddy's longtime friend, 50 Cent, tweeted, "R.I.P to Kim Porter, I send my condolences to her friends and family. She was loved and will be missed dearly. I know Puff is hit right now, he loved her for real, soul mate type shit. Chin up puff, Positive vibes only."
Janelle Monae wrote a post on Instagram revealing that Porter was actually the reason her career is what it is, calling her a "connecter," a "boss," and a "champion of women in the industry." She also added, "I am happy we got to hug and talk at Puff’s party but man do I wish I could have told you one more time how much I love you."
Lenny Kravitz wrote, "The times spent with you and your family over the years will be treasured. Rest in power Kim Porter. My condolences to the Combs and Porter families."
Kevin Hart expressed his condolences on Instagram, and told Diddy, "You are God's child and he will see [you] and [your] entire family [through] this."
Gabrielle Union was shocked and tweeted, "This is awful! Praying so hard for her children and her lover ones!! #RIPKimPorter sending so much love to her babies. My God!"
Missy Elliot wrote to Porter, "those that know you will always remember your SMILE your LAUGH & KIND HEART."
NBA star Dwyane Wade tweeted, "My heart for [Diddy] and his family. In my brief interaction with Kim Porter she was nothing but a bright light. My family and I prayers goes up for her 2 twin daughters and her two sons."
La Toya Jackson showed her support and wrote, "So sadden to hear the devastating news about #KimPorter, what a kind, sweet, caring and beautiful person. My prayers are with the family at this time. Her beautiful children we are with you."
Famed actress Viola Davis also spoke up and said her "heart breaks" for Porter's family.
Furthering Porter's reputation as a champion of women, talk-show host Loni Love said the last time she saw Porter was at a fundraiser for the LadyLike Foundation.
TV actress Holly Robinson Peete called Porter "one of the best moms I’ve ever met" and that "her disposition was always warm & fun."
Nelly was in shock and could only muster a "wow."
Others like Questlove and 'Saturday Night Live' actor Jay Pharoah continue to express their deep sadness and support for Diddy and Porter's family during this time.
