▲Fabada asturiana is a bean stew, normally served in winter. It is made with pork, bacon, blood sausage, and chorizo. Even though it originates from Asturias, it can be easily found nationwide.
▲Jocon is a traditional stew made with chicken, onions, garlic, green peppers, and jalapeños. It is then stewed into a broth and served with rice.
▲The completo is a very large hot dog often containing chopped tomatoes, avocados, sauerkraut, chili, cheese, and different kinds of sauce such as mayonnaise or mustard.
▲Sancocho is a soup (practically a stew), which consists of potatoes, yuca, corn, plantain, and various kinds of meat. It is traditional in the region of Antioquia.
▲Hangi is a traditional Māori method of cooking via a hole dug in the ground. Meat and vegetables are typically cooked in aluminium foil and wire baskets.
▲Hokkien Prawn Mee is made with noodles, prawns, pork, eggs, beansprouts, and shallots. Additionally, sambal chili and lime juice are added.  
▲Golgappa, or panipuri is a street food.  It consists of a hollow puri, which is filled with many different ingredients, including chickpeas, potatoes, onions, and spices.

Bún Bò Nam Bộ  is made with noodles, beef, garlic, beansprouts, and plenty of herbs and spices. It can be found relatively easily from one of the many street food establishments.

▲Kalitsounia are cheese pies which come in a variety of shapes, originating from Crete. They can also include spinach. Sweet versions of these pastries are often served at Easter.
▲Cacciucco is a hearty Tuscan fish stew that can be made with a large variety of fish and shellfish. It also includes a variety of vegetables and spices. Sometimes crab or cuttlefish may also be thrown in.
