It's no wonder that so many of our days don't go according to plan when we didn't plan our day in the first place!

There's nothing wrong with putting yourself first. You need to do this often. If you're not taking care of yourself, who is? If you're not taken care of, how can you take care of others?

If we don't know where we're going in life, we will end up somewhere else. Plan the future! Set goals!

If you're extraverted, you may be out too much and will eventually find that you need time alone. It's good to be able to recognize this and know how you can make time for it.

The hustle and bustle of daily life has thousands of thoughts passing through our minds every day. We need to learn to tune out every now and again.

We need to forget and forgive the past in order to move into the future.

Keeping stress and emotions bottled up is a recipe for disaster. We need to figure out how to let ourselves speak up.

We have to back ourselves up. It's our only chance in life. If we are our biggest fans, others will follow.

Boundaries are important. Maybe you find yourself sacrificing your own self-care to support someone else too often. It's okay to say no.

Eventually, we will need to come to trust ourselves. There is nobody in life that is always going to hold our hand and guide us through the big decisions.

Let it go! Nobody is thinking about your mistakes as much as you are. How can you learn to forgive yourself?

Have you been putting off seeing that movie or taking that bubble bath?

Things in life will go wrong. We must learn to control our emotions when they do. Maybe you're calm enough already, or maybe you need to learn how to not lose your cool.
