Comic book movies are extremely popular, so it's only natural that many A-list actors have starred in them. Barring a few exceptions, most of these are either part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe or the DC Extended Universe. And, of course, many actors do make a name for themselves as particular characters in either DC or Marvel movies. But many of these talents have actually been in movies from both superhero universes.

Portman played Evey in 'V for Vendetta' (2005), which was later published by DC. The actress then played Jane Foster in two 'Thor' movies. She returned in 'Thor: Love and Thunder,' (2022).
