The Bermuda Triangle is commonly associated with mysterious locations. It encompasses an area stretching from southern Florida to Puerto Rico and Bermuda.

Over time, numerous disappearances have occurred at the location, involving both ships and boats that go missing without a trace. One significant incident took place in 1918, when the USS Cyclops disappeared there, along with its 309 crew members.

The Michigan Triangle is set between  the US states of Michigan and Wisconsin.

In 1950, Northwest Airlines flight 2501 entered the area and never emerged, becoming one of the most notable disappearances in that location.

Between the years 1945 and 1950, a curious incident occurred in southwestern Vermont, USA, where five individuals mysteriously disappeared.

The most unsettling case involved a man who mysteriously vanished while riding a bus, unnoticed by anyone.

The Nevada Triangle covers approximately 25,000 sq mi (64,749 sq km) encompassing the desert and mountainous regions of Nevada. It sits adjacent to the notorious Area 51 military zone.

The famous aviator and adventurer Steve Fossett disappeared without a trace while flying a small plane in 2007 over the region. It took rescue teams a whole 13 months to locate the wreckage and recover Fossett's remains.

Roanoke, also called the Lost Colony, was an English settlement in the 16th century. It witnessed one of the earliest recorded enigmatic vanishings.

After a three-year trip to England to gather supplies, the governor returned to find the colony completely deserted.

The famous ghost ship known as the Mary Celeste was discovered drifting on the Sargasso Sea, in the Atlantic Ocean.

In 1872, the vessel was discovered completely abandoned, yet contained an ample supply of food and fuel. The fate of the crew remains a mystery to this day.

Lake Superior is the deepest among the Great Lakes, a chain of lakes stretching across North America from the northern US to southern Canada. Over the years, numerous disappearances have occurred in this one body of water.

In fact, over 200 ships have sunk in Lake Superior, some of which remain undiscovered or unrecovered to this day.

The Van Allen radiation belt is a region in a planet's magnetic field where charged particles with high energy are contained. It is closest to Earth near Brazil, over the Atlantic Ocean.

The crash of Air France flight 447 on June 1, 2009, resulted in the tragic loss of over 200 lives, with blame placed on this highly active atmospheric region.

With over 84 million acres of land, the national parks in the US have become hotspots for numerous mysterious disappearances throughout the years.

Since its establishment in 1916, the National Park Service has recorded over 1,000 cases of individuals mysteriously disappearing within the parks, leaving no evidence behind.

In the Canadian province of British Columbia, a mysterious highway hides the stories of numerous young women who have gone missing under eerie circumstances.

In 1975, a woman named Monica Ingas became the first recorded disappearance along this highway. Since then, 17 others have also vanished.

Angikuni Lake is located in the Kivalliq Region of Nunavut, northern Canada. In 1930, a man discovered an abandoned village near the lake.

It was unsettling to see that pots of food were still suspended over extinguished fires, and it appeared that several tasks were abruptly left unfinished. The whereabouts of the villagers and the reasons behind their departure remain unknown.

Anchored off the coast of Scotland, the Flannan Isles (also called the Seven Hunters) are home to a lighthouse.

In the year 1900, upon discovering a malfunctioning light, a passing ship's crew embarked on an investigation. Oddly, the trio of lighthouse keepers had vanished without a trace, and were never seen again.

The Devil's Sea, or the Dragon's Triangle, is renowned worldwide for numerous unexplained disappearances of ships in its waters.

In 1952, the Japanese government dispatched a team of 30 individuals to explore the Devil's Sea and uncover its mysteries. Regrettably, they too became casualties of the perilous waters.

In Suvla Bay, on Turkey's Gallipoli peninsula, a peculiar incident occurred during World War I. A group of English soldiers encountered a mysterious cloud on a hillside and proceeded to enter it, vanishing without a trace. The Turks denied any involvement, having had no record indicating that these soldiers had been taken captive.

Ancient dwellings carved into the Rocky Mountains are thought to be the work of ancient, long-gone tribes.

The abodes were left abandoned, with the primary theory being that the residents resumed their nomadic lifestyles. However, it remains unclear why they would abandon their permanent dwellings despite this logical explanation.
