▲The fairy-tale marriage of Prince Charles and Diana ended in 1992, and the divorce was finally pronounced in 1996. Since the very beginning of their union, there were already cracks in the relationship. Diana later stated in an interview: "Well, there were three of us in this marriage, so it was a bit crowded," referring to Charles' relationship with Camilla Parker-Bowles.
▲Unfortunately, this fairy tale also soured, and the royal couple decided to split after more than 10 years. The divorce was finalized in 2018, and Tessy kept her title.
▲Prince Louis from Luxembourg and Tessy Antony met in Yugoslavia in 2004. The young couple married in September 2006, a couple months after giving birth to their first child, Gabriel.

▲They married in November 1973 and had two children together: Peter (1977) and Zara (1981). But shortly after Zara's birth, the couple started growing apart, finally divorcing in 1992. That same year, only months after the divorce was finalized, the Princess married Sir Timothy Laurence.
▲Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson celebrated their wedding on July 23, 1986, in Westminster. Titled Duke and Duchess of York, they quickly became the British media darlings. But only for a short time...
▲After lots of ups and downs and whispers of infidelity, the royal couple finally split "amicably" in 1992. The divorce was finalized in 1996, but the two remained close.
▲It was the first televised royal wedding ceremony ever, but there would soon be trouble in paradise. Rumors of infidelity on both sides were spread, and Margaret's affair with Roddy Llewellyn, a man who was 17 years younger, was unveiled. This was the end of her marriage with Armstrong-Jones, and they eventually got a divorce in 1978. The breakup caused a lot of controversy, considering it was the first divorce for a senior member of a royal family since Princess Victoria of Edinburgh in 1901.
▲Queen Elizabeth II's younger sister has been seen as the "rebellious" child of the British royal family for a long time. The princess loved to party and was also known for her cheerful personality. Her parents, Prince Rainier and Grace Kelly, initially didn't approve of the union, but Caroline was madly in love. Given her rank, her parents didn't have any other choice but to accept the marriage. However, their union only lasted two years and the divorce was finalized in 1980.

▲The love story didn't last for too long. Daniel Ducruet's affair with Belgian stripper Fily Houteman was made public, and a couple of weeks later the divorce was pronounced, only one year after they walked down the aisle.
▲Shortly after her rupture with Ducruet, she got romantically involved with another one of her bodyguards, Jean-Raymond Gottlieb, with whom she had one daughter. This relationship too failed, but that didn't stop her from  believing in love. She met Adans Lopez Peres (pictured), a Portuguese acrobat, and married him in 2003. The pair split a year later.
