Thurman's co-star in 'Down a Dark Hall,' AnnaSophia Robb, said that the actress carries crystals with her all the time. "She likes to hold them for gravity and centering," the actress explained.
The actress revealed that one of the gifts she liked the most was a "crystal bowl filled with rose-quartz heart crystals that my mom gave me for Mother's Day one year."
The British singer apparently uses crystals to manage her stage fright. "I was so nervous about my comeback show and I was panicking. I was out of practice and I was busy being a mum. But it was one of the best shows I've ever done and I had these bloody crystals in my hand," she revealed.
Not only does the supermodel swear by therapy, she also believes that crystals can make all the difference. "I think they bring great energy… You should see how many I travel with," she said.
Hale has been into crystals ever since a woman she practices reiki with gave her some amethyst stones. "Amethyst is the most positive stone there is, so if you put them in your house, they’re supposed to generate good energy," she explained.
“The first time someone gave me a natural quartz crystal I laid it in the palm of my hand to examine it. I was fascinated," said the actress.
