The pressure to look a certain way does affect every single one of us. We're surrounded by constant reminders of how "imperfect" we are, but ultimately, it's up to us to decide what, or if, we want to change anything about our physical appearance.
Celebrities however, are exposed to much wider audience, and their image is constantly under scrutiny by the public and the media. Critics can be harsh, and members of the public ruthless, when it comes to voicing their opinions about celebs' bodies.
