Lohan Beach House is located on the Greek island Rhodes and has quickly become a hot spot for tourists and celebrities. For many resorts, having a social media presence is essential for success and Lohan's property is well promoted online.

The drama took place on an Instagram photo where two of her employees were dressed in cream-colored robes, posing in front of the entrance sign for the club. Seemingly business as usual.

However, in the comment section, Lohan pointedly wrote, "Wear the same shoes please. Or you're fired."

Should bosses be allowed to fire their employees over social media? Or more importantly, should Lohan provide matching uniform footwear if it is this important? Regardless, online commentators had a field day. Looks like working for the celebrity resort isn't as glamorous as one may have thought.
