Travis Barker and Kourtney Kardashian are one of the most unexpected couples of recent times, but they've turned their summer of love into a lifetime ahead of them when they got engaged in October of 2021! The Blink-182 drummer popped the question at Rosewood Miramar hotel in Montecito, California, E! News reports, just as the sun was setting at 6:30 pm. Barker escorted the eldest Kardashian sister down to the beach, where he had red flowers arranged in the shape of a huge heart with candles placed around as well. Khloe, Kim, Kris, as well as Tristan Thompson and Corey Gamble were also spotted on the scene, and after Kourtney said "yes," they all celebrated inside the hotel. A source told TMZ that Kourtney "had no idea" Barker was planning to propose and added, "She teared up and couldn't stop saying, 'I love you.'"

Jack White proposed to The Black Belles lead singer Olivia Jean while onstage during his Detroit concert on April 8. He reportedly called his girlfriend, who also happens to be his opening act, onstage for a duet of White Stripes’ 'Hotel Yorba' in front of a sold-out crowd at the Masonic Temple, then popped the question. But surprising Jean and the audience even more, White reportedly asked the crowd, "It’s been such a great day, mind if we get married right now?”

Suddenly White's bandmates, his mother, Jean's father, and officiant Ben Swank, Third Man Record’s co-founder, gathered on stage to make it official, CNN reports. Quite a lucky night for Jack White fans!

In an interview with James Corden, Dave Franco revealed how he proposed to his wife, Alison Brie. He knew that Brie wanted to choose her own ring, so he purchased a cheap ring at a vintage store just to have something to put on her finger. For a special, thoughtful addition, he planned to surprise her with a secret memento he'd kept from the night they first met - a silver mask she'd been wearing at a Mardi Gras celebration. He seized his moment when Brie was standing on the balcony of their vacation home. She turned around to find Franco down on one knee, wearing the silver mask and holding out the ring. 

Sadly, Brie had no recollection of the mask and didn't understand his thoughtful gesture! The strange ring he had purchased added to the confusion, and the entire proposal consisted of Brie saying "What is happening right now?" while he tried to explain how cute he was actually being! At least she said yes in the end...

Tim McGraw took to Instagram to celebrate his 25th wedding anniversary with Faith Hill. He shared the story of his very low-key engagement, which happened after they'd been dating for years and Hill had repeatedly rejected his proposals. They were at a country music festival together and McGraw casually asked her to get married while they were getting ready in front of a mirror in his trailer. "You're asking me to marry you at a country music festival in a trailer house?" Hill said, "Are you serious?" McGraw assured her that he was serious and headed to the stage. When he came back after his show, Hill was gone, but the message "'Yes! I'm gonna be your wife!" was written on the mirror in lipstick. They still have the mirror, and McGraw says he still remembers it as the best day of his life.
