Stars who have adopted 'mindfulness'
The worldwide trend towards meditation has gone viral, but it helps keep the mind quiet

Mindfulness is a popular theme nowadays, just like meditation was a few years ago. The practice has become popular as a way to improve mental and physical well-being. There is already scientific evidence that being more conscious can improve almost every aspect of your life - and you don't even have to sit for hours in a lotus position to get there.
A study at the University of Oxford found that following the procedures of mindfulness - focusing on breathing and suspension of judgment and criticism - was effective in treating depression. And in the quest for a healthier mind, many celebrities who have joined the practice now report real changes in their everyday life.
