The singer, songwriter, and actress has not released new music in the last five years, and the world has definitely noticed her lack of radio hits. Ask, and you shall receive.
Her last studio album, 'Lotus' (2012), peaked at number seven on the Billboard's Hot 200 list, but actually went on to be her lowest-selling album. However, she went on to feature on a multitude of hit tracks and release various soundtracks for films and television shows.
Her last performance was a tribute to the late Whitney Houston at the 2017 American Music Awards. In recent years, the star has been most known for her role as a coach on the reality TV show, 'The Voice.'
