Quite a few celebrities have had their appendix taken out, or their tonsils removed. Some have even said goodbye to the gallbladder, or at least have had gallstones taken care of. Fortunately, these are fairly common and relatively simple medical procedures to carry out, and our favorite film stars, singers, and entertainers are back up on their feet as fast as you can say, "Pass me the scalpel."
