Police office rescues guy in wheelchair stuck on rail track
Police officer Erica Urrea of the Lodi Police Department in Sacramento was on patrol when she spotted a man in a wheelchair stuck on a rail track. Realizing the danger, Erica reacted quickly to save the guy just before an oncoming train passed.
