In 2018, beloved actress Cameron Diaz announced that she had retired from acting after a long and successful career. Despite not having starred in a movie since 'Annie' in 2014, she explained that she had no desire to make any more films and was happy with her life out of the spotlight. Fortunately for fans, however, the retirement was short-lived, as in late June 2022 it was announced she would be back for an upcoming Netflix action-comedy, appropriately-titled 'Back in Action,' starring alongside Jamie Foxx.
