A former housekeeper has filed a suit against Kylie Jenner, alleging harassment, discrimination, and wrongful termination during her time employed at Jenner's residence.
On April 17, Angelica Vazquez initiated legal action against Jenner along with two service companies, Tri Star Services and Maison Family Services. The complaint covers Vazquez's employment from September 2024 through August 2025. During this period, she claims she was "treated with hostility and exclusion" from her first day on the job.
While Jenner appears as a defendant in the lawsuit, she is not personally named for any specific misconduct. According to the filing, Vazquez experienced "severe and pervasive harassment" from coworkers and the head housekeeper at Jenner's Hidden Hills home. The lawsuit details how Vazquez was "routinely assigned the most difficult and undesirable tasks; excluded from the housekeeping team; publicly belittled and humiliated in front of coworkers due to her race, national origin and religion; and subjected to intimidation and demeaning treatment."
Vazquez, who identifies as a "Salvadoran woman and a practicing Catholic," also asserts that she endured "repeated discriminatory and derogatory comments" regarding her faith and immigration status, which she says fostered a "toxic and abusive work environment."
