Kylie Jenner’s former assistant, Victoria Villarroel, has opened up about the moment she realized it was time to walk away from a role many would consider a dream job. Speaking on the ‘Better Half’ podcast on March 19, Villarroel recalled that after years of working closely together, their dynamic had become too personal, making it harder to maintain professional boundaries.
She described a moment when Jenner asked her to get a laptop from upstairs, and she jokingly refused, something she felt crossed a line in a work setting. Both women, she said, immediately understood things had changed. Although she felt unsure about leaving a job many people wanted, Villarroel decided to step away. According to her, Jenner was supportive of the decision and encouraged her to move forward.
