Gwen Stefani says a spiritual awakening played a role in her becoming pregnant with her third child at age 44.
Speaking in an interview with Hallow, a Catholic prayer and meditation app, the singer recalled a series of faith-focused conversations with a man who was studying the Torah, which she described as a turning point during a period when she believed she could no longer have another baby.
Stefani said her son, Kingston Rossdale, had often prayed for another sibling, and she had previously told him she was too old to have another child. Weeks later, however, she learned she was pregnant with her youngest son, Apollo Bowie Flynn Rossdale, whom she described as a “miracle” and a “gift.”
