Victoria Beckham, 52, has spoken out about her experience with aging in an interview with The Times published on May 27, where she says she doesn’t mind getting older.
“I've spent most of my life feeling that I am not good enough and not liking how I look. I think the great thing about getting older is I now accept the way that I look. It's better than the alternative, let's be honest," Beckham said.
The mother of four also said she hasn’t changed her workout routine and actually does more now than she did in her twenties and thirties. “Just because you get older, it doesn't mean you're limited to what you can do. You can achieve great things as you get older,” she added.
In the interview, the fashion mogul also spoke about criticism of her appearance over the years, saying that with age she cares less about what others think and is now able to “own the narrative.”
