Rick Ross is getting into trouble with his neighbor for the most unexpected of reasons: his buffaloes. The animals reportedly roamed off of his Georgia ranch and onto her property right behind his, and she is worried that the 2,000-lb animals pose a threat to her young children, according to TMZ. She told the outlet that she went to the rapper's place to confront him on the issue but ended up in a verbal dispute with a member of his team. Since the police wouldn't take a report as it was deemed a civil dispute, she reportedly plans on filing a neighbor dispute with the city.

Justin Bieber -

Justin Bieber became infamous for his behavior in the mid 2010s, and former neighbor Judge Judy Sheindlin claims the pop star used to be terrified of her after she spoke publicly about it. The TV judge told Access Hollywood, "He's scared to death of me," adding, "There was a period of time before he grew up—when he was foolish, and doing foolish things."

Judge Judy recalled that Bieber allegedly had his security alert him of her time outside so that he wouldn't cross paths with her. "I must have said something about it, and then, I understood that he was paying the front door people to let them know when I was there, coming and going, so he wouldn't have to bump into me," she said.

After his 2014 DUI arrest, Judge Judy did indeed speak to CBS Los Angeles about how Bieber was taking his status for granted. "Being a celebrity is a gift," she said, as per People. "You could either treat it reverently or you could make a fool out of yourself. And he's doing a very good job of making a fool out of himself." She continued, "I think it's sad. And nobody's going to remember that he was a marginal singer. But they're going to remember a young kid who had a chance to have it all and who is blowing it by acting like a fool." Fortunately those days are far behind the singer.
