Vermont State Police revealed they received a burglary complaint back on May 1 2022 and found that several bottles of alcohol were taken from the residence while the homeowners weren't there, and after an investigation into surveillance videos, police found probable cause to charge Miller with felony burglary into an unoccupied dwelling.
