During the July 27, 2023, finale of season three of 'The Kardashians,' Jenner opens up about having a breast enhancement. She was just 19 years old at the time and went on to have her first child, Stormi, when she was 20. "I had beautiful breasts," she told a friend. "Just gorgeous, perfect size, perfect everything. And I just wish, obviously, I never got them done to begin with. I would recommend anyone who is thinking about it to wait until after children." Speaking about her daughter Stormi, Jenner said, "I would be heartbroken if she wanted to get her body done at 19. And she's the most beautiful thing ever. I want to be the best mom and best example for her. And I just wish I could, like, be her and do it all differently, because I wouldn't touch anything."

The search for the perfect body leads many people to undergo plastic surgery. In the world of Hollywood, this pressure for perfection is even more intense, leading more and more stars to the decision to cosmetically alter themselves. While you may hear more about celebs with facelifts or botox due to age, plenty of stars choose to go under the knife quite early.

Raven-Symoné rose to fame as a child on the Disney channel with shows like 'The Cheetah Girls' and 'That’s So Raven.' Now in her late thirties, the actress is reflecting on the negative impact child stardom had on her mental health and self-image.

"I had two breast reductions and lipo before I turned 18,” she revealed on her podcast 'The Best Podcast Ever with Raven and Miranda,' which she co-hosts with her wife. Symoné explained that she was body-shamed as a teen and desperately wanted to change her body. As she was still a minor, her dad had to give his permission. She recalled that he strongly recommended that she have a breast reduction, and asked if she wanted anything else. "I was like, 'Yeah, if I get lipo, will people stop calling me fat?' So I got a two-fer." Symoné said that the situation "was just a mess, just being that young and the pain of it all." To make matters worse, she suffered a seizure when she woke up from the surgery. As she got older, she gained a little weight and had to go back to get a second breast reduction.

Sadly, the surgeries didn't even stop the body shaming. Symoné still "got reamed through social media because I wasn't skinny as everybody else and they still called me fat. You get that done and it's still not what everybody wanted to see."

Symoné has grown to have a healthier relationship with her body over the years. She lost 30 lbs in 2021 and says it was motivated by the desire to have a long, healthy life with her wife.
