Jane Fonda is one of cinema's most celebrated actresses. She's also one of its most controversial. A two-time Academy Award winner, Fonda has starred in some of Hollywood's finest pictures. But she was briefly blacklisted by the entertainment industry after a misjudged but well-intended trip to Hanoi during the height of the Vietnam War. A political and social activist for much of her life, Fonda is also a feminist and committed environmentalist. Now in her early eighties, she's still working in film and television, and getting arrested for protesting climate change!
