Famous men who love makeup
Alex Rodriguez glows post-breakup with his own line of makeup for men
©
Getty Images

When we see women on the red carpet, we all sort of understand that there has been a whole team who dedicated hours to their glowing appearances. But defined brows, radiant skin, sharp cheek bones, and supple lips aren't exclusive to female celebrities, and there are plenty of their male counterparts walking those same red carpets and not looking any less dazzling.
The simplest answer is usually the right one: makeup! The men of Hollywood have really perfected the art of the "no-makeup makeup look," and then there are those who aren't afraid to wear a little eyeliner or sparkle for an extra flare. Perhaps it can still feel embarrassing to some men to admit that they wear makeup, but in recent years men's grooming is getting the attention it deserves—especially since so many men have also had makeup mishaps that they could have easily avoided with a little guidance.
Alex Rodriguez is one star who is loud and proud about his glow-up. In the wake of his breakup with J.Lo, the baseball pro teamed up with Hims & Hers to develop the brand’s first concealer for men. “I wanted to create a product that solved an issue I faced every day," A-Rod wrote on Instagram. "I realized as I was jumping from meeting to meeting, I needed something quick and easy in my routine to conceal blemishes or razor bumps." This is his first product launch for the beauty and wellness company, in which he and Lopez became investors together in 2020.
