Dr. Martens (also known as Doc Martens, Docs, and DMs) have been around since the early 20th century. The classic working boots were adopted by many subcultures, but years later earned their place in mainstream fashion. The same goes for combat boots and other types of military-style boots. These types of boots are rugged but still comfortable, and of course, they look really cool!
