The Oscar-winning actress has put her California home—formerly owned by filmmaker Cecil B. DeMille—on the market for US$29.85 million. The mansion features an 11,000-square-foot (92,000-square-meter), six-bedroom, 10-bathroom main residence on just over two acres, plus a Beaux-Arts-style mansion, guesthouse studio with a private gated entrance, pool house, fitness studio, tea house, and a separate garage with a security station.
The Hollywood star bought the Los Feliz home in 2017 for $24.5 million, a year after her split from Brad Pitt, and said in a 2024 interview that she plans to move abroad once her twins turn 18 on July 12, 2026.
Jolie has already shared her plans for life after Los Angeles, saying, “I’ll spend a lot of time in Cambodia,” where she adopted her eldest son Maddox in 2002, while also traveling to visit family members around the world.
Indeed, the celebrity real estate market is, as one might expect, lavish beyond
our regular income dreams. But one surprising aspect of the market is
that these over-the-top, beautiful homes appear to be few in number, so much so that celebrities are constantly trading mansions amongst themselves.
