Built in 2012, the property's initial asking price was €14 million ($15.9 million). But the teenage sensation purchased it for €11 million ($12.6 million), after it sat vacant since the couple's separation in 2022.
The main residence features six bedrooms, five bathrooms, and an array of premium features including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a private tennis court, a fitness center, multiple terraces, and panoramic Mediterranean vistas.
