The former couple, who share daughters Sunday, 17, and Faith, 15, also agreed to cover their own legal fees and expenses.
Under the arrangement detailed by People, Kidman’s home will serve as the girls’ primary residence, with the actress having custody for 306 days each year. Urban has been granted 59 days of parenting time annually, with the children spending every other weekend with him.
