What celebrities drink at night
They're not all alcoholic nightcaps
© Getty Images
In the evenings, as we settle down and relax, preparing ourselves for bed, we all have our own rituals. We tend to choose what we eat, what we drink, and what we watch or read to assure that we won't be kept awake, tossing and turning through the night. These celebrities are no different.
Many reach for alcoholic beverages, with wine being the most popular, and others opt for various kinds of non-alcoholic beverages. Science has proven that REM sleep is affected negatively by alcohol, so it's presumed that these celebs drink in moderation and do so long enough before bed that it's worn off by the time they hit the pillow. To see what the rich and famous are drinking in the evenings as they wind down, click through the gallery.
