Did these celebrities pull off purple?
Some are questionable, others fabulous

Purple must be the hardest color to pull off. It's associated with royalty, so it automatically looks fitting when we see them wearing it. It also works if you're a psychedelic musician from the 1970s or 1960s like Jimi Hendrix. If you're not in either of those categories, it's a risk.
There are very few instances that wearing all purple is appropriate, and nearly all of them are showbiz related. Otherwise, you can work an outfit with some purple supported with some more neutral colors.
