Although there is no rule about how soon you should get married after becoming engaged, most couples opt to walk down the aisle within a year or two. However, for some, this doesn't feel right, and celebrity couples are no exception.

Michelle Yeoh and her partner Jean Todt waited almost two decades before they tied the knot! The Oscar-winning actress and former Ferrari CEO met in Shanghai in 2004 and finally got married in Geneva on July 27, 2023. Their close friend, former Ferrari Formula One driver Felipe Massa shared the news in an Instagram post that featured a photo of the wedding program. The program tells the story of Yeoh and Todt's relationship: “We met in Shanghai on 4th June 2004. On 26th July 2004, J.T proposed to marry M.Y and she said YES! “Today after 6992 days on 27th July 2023 in Geneva, surrounded by loving family and friends, we are so happy to celebrate this special moment together!”
