Jonah Hill's ex-girlfriend Sarah Brady went public accusing the star of emotional abuse. On July 6, the 26-year-old surfer shared on Instagram a professional photo of herself wearing a white crop top and matching skirt and wrote, "Reviving a pic I took down by request of a misogynist narcissist." The next day Brady, who dated Hill between 2021 and 2022, wrote on her Instagram Story,  "Someone being an emotionally abusive partner doesn't mean they're a terrible person (often stems from their own trauma) and at the same time it doesn't mean it's ok."

Brady then shared several screenshots from past alleged conversations with Hill, 39, including one in which he asked her to remove photos of herself surfing in a swimsuit from her Instagram, claiming that he was "not comfortable" with it, though Brady shared previous DMs in which he liked those same photos.  

Hill allegedly wrote, "If you need: Surfing with men, boundaryless inappropriate friendships with men, to model, to post pictures of yourself in a bathing suit, to post sexual pictures, friendships with women who are in unstable places and from your wild recent past beyond getting a lunch or coffee or something respectful...I am not the right partner for you. If these things bring you to a state of happiness I support it and there will be no hard feelings. These are my boundaries for romantic partnership." 

Brady agreed to let Hill "pre-approve" her friendships with men and the photos she posts, then wrote over the screenshot of the conversation, "This is high key so embarrassing. I did this all in the name of protecting him from crippling anxiety." In another Instagram Story, Brady shared a screenshot of a conversation with a friend in which she told them, "Psychological abuse can cause just as much damage. Especially to someone with a generic mental illness like me. I was probably a perfect target for him, having been recently diagnosed with bipolar type 1 disorder and towards the end of the relationship when he was running out of ways to manipulate me, he started questioning my sanity and my medications." Hill's behavior has stirred a public debate about men using therapy-speak to justify manipulative emotional abuse, and therapists have chimed in online clarifying that a boundary is not a free pass to control another person's behavior but rather a healthy, reasonable limit a person sets for themselves.

Brady received criticism for sharing the screenshots publicly, and wrote that she decided to speak out about Hill now because "keeping it to myself was causing more damage to my mental health than sharing it could ever do." She added, "It's been a year of healing & growth with the help of loved ones and doctors to get back to living my life without guilt, shame, and self-judgement for things as small as surfing in a swimsuit rather than a more conservative wetsuit." This scandal comes a month after Hill's rep confirmed the actor had welcomed his first child with new girlfriend Olivia Millar, and Brady said, "I hope my ex has a daughter. Maybe she'll turn him into a real feminist."

He doubled down in his response, writing, "We live in a generation where a man of the family doesn’t want the wife & mother to his kids to showcase booty cheeks to please others & he gets told how much of a hater he is. This is my family & my representation. I have standards & morals to what I believe. I rest my case."

Jackson wiped his Instagram of Palmer, who only posted more photos of her outfit from that night and highly recommended her followers go check out Usher's show.

Cardi B shot back after her husband Offset publicly accused her of cheating on him. The Migos rapper wrote an expletive-filled post on his Instagram Story on June 26, 2023, "My wife [ ] a [ ] on me gang yall [ ] know how I come," alleging that Cardi slept with another man. 

Beating him at his own public game, Cardi lashed out on Twitter Spaces some hours later, denying his claim and saying that even if she had wanted to cheat it would be impossible because she's simply too famous, TMZ reports. She added that she would smack him with a bottle if he made the same claims to her face, and apparently alluded to his downward spiral. Of course, Offset himself has had his own cheating scandal with Cardi, so fans were quick to side with his wife. It's uncertain what the state of their relationship is currently, however Cardi was noticeably absent from Offset's side at the BET Awards on June 25.

Lil Uzi Vert and his girlfriend JT, member of hip hop duo City Girls, reportedly got into a heated argument at the 2023 BET Awards on June 25, where Vert was allegedly flirting with fellow rapper and fellow performer of the night Ice Spice. JT was recorded hitting Lil Uzi Vert with her phone while calling him a "groupie," after which she picked up the phone and struck him with it again. During the altercation, Vert can be heard saying he "didn't even do nothing," but JT stormed out of the venue and he followed her. A video surfaced of UFC President Dana White and his wife Anne getting into an altercation on New Year's Eve during a celebration in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, forcing the two to address the incident to the public. The footage from TMZ  showed Dana leaning in to say something and Anne slapping him, then Dana slapping her back. People around them stepped in before he could slap her again. In a statement to TMZ, Anne said, "Unfortunately, we were both drinking too much on New Year's Eve and things got out of control, on both sides," adding that "Nothing like this has ever happened before."

In his own statement Dana said, "You've heard me say over the years, 'There is never, ever an excuse for a guy to put his hands on a woman,' and now here I am on TMZ talking about it." He continued, "My wife and I have been married for almost 30 years. We've known each other since we were 12 years old. We've obviously been through some [ ] together. We've got three kids." He said that while it was the first time that had ever happened, he wasn't making excuses for his actions and added "Whatever people say is deserved. I deserve it." Their focus, however, was on their children, who have seen the video.
