When it comes to female celebrities, it is no great secret that the media puts huge pressure on them to look and act a certain way. For none is this more true than for famous women who have recently given birth.
The body changes that come part and parcel with bearing a child can be challenging for all women, let alone those who have to do everything under the spotlight. On a number of occasions, celebrities have opened up about the insecurities they felt after giving birth, and many had more than a word or two to say about how the media exacerbates the problem.
Olivia Munn gave birth to her first child, a son called Malcolm, in December 2021. Three months later, she has shared some of the very real and relatable challenges she's facing with her postpartum journey. In addition to struggling with a low milk supply and all the stress and difficulties that come with that, Munn said, "My hips still feel wonky from pushing out a human being, my postpartum anxiety is still here (and horrible)." However, she also said that she had just done her first capoeira class, and getting back into martial arts was helping her to feel more like herself.
