Hilton broke the news by sharing a heart-warming photo of a tiny hand gripping her thumb on Instagram on Jan. 25. "You are already loved beyond words," she wrote. She has been open about her desire to become a mother in the past and revealed that she had started IVF to stock up on viable eggs during the COVID-19 pandemic.

"It's always been my dream to be a mother and I'm so happy that Carter and I found each other," the new mom told PEOPLE. "We are so excited to start our family together and our hearts are exploding with love for our baby boy." The baby's name is Phoenix Barron Hilton Reum.

Actress Rebel Wilson announced on Instagram on November 7, 2022, that she has welcomed a baby girl via surrogate. "Beyond proud to announce the birth of my first child, Royce Lillian, born this past week via surrogate," the 42-year-old 'Pitch Perfect' alum began her post. "I can't even describe the love I have for her, she's a beautiful miracle! I am forever grateful to everyone who has been involved, (you know who you are), this has been years in the making…but particularly wanted to thank my gorgeous surrogate who carried her and birthed her with such grace and care. Thank you for helping me start my own family, it's an amazing gift.The BEST gift!!"

"I am ready to give little Roycie all the love imaginable," Wilson continued. "I am learning quickly…much respect to all the Mums out there! Proud to be in your club." The actress is currently in a relationship with fashion and jewelry designer Ramona Agruma, with whom she went public in June 2022.

'Cheetah Girls' star Adrienne Bailon and husband Israel Houghton welcomed their first child, a baby boy, via surrogate. Bailon announced the news on Instagram on August 16, 2022, and wrote, "If you have followed our love story… you know that our journey to baby has been very challenging — But God is true to His word and His promises,” the new mom continued. “We have quietly prayed while sitting on this most magnificent secret for the last 9 months. He is worth every tear, every disappointment, every delayed prayer, every IVF cycle, every miscarriage. Everything.”

Khloe Kardashian followed in her sister's footsteps and decided to welcome a new baby via surrogate. Her baby boy was born in August 2022. He is her second child with NBA player Tristan Thompson, with whom she shares her daughter True. The news came as a surprise as Kardashian and Thompson split after news broke in December 2021 that he was fathering a child with another woman. (This came after many years of on-again-off-again dating interrupted due to cheating on Thompson's part.) A spokesperson for Kardashian revealed that the surrogate became pregnant in November before the breakup, and that the pair will continue to co-parent as they have successfully done in the past. 

A rep for Khloe told E! News, "Khloe is incredibly grateful to the extraordinary surrogate for such a beautiful blessing. We'd like to ask for kindness and privacy so that Khloe can focus on her family."

Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra - Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra revealed that they welcomed their first baby, a daughter, via surrogate on January 15, 2022. "We are overjoyed to confirm that we have welcomed a baby via surrogate. We respectfully ask for privacy during this special time as we focus on our family," Chopra announced on Instagram on January 21. The musician and the actress were married in late 2018, and funnily enough Chopra joked about announcing a pregnancy on the 'Jonas Brothers Family Roast' in late 2021. The pair has been open about wanting children, and though they hadn't spoken about opting for surrogacy, they join a long list of celebrities who have gone the same route.
