Kate's most frequently played sport, however, is undoubtedly tennis. The Duchess is known to play rather frequently with the rest of the royal family and, let's be honest, probably wins quite a lot.

Martial arts aren't out of the question, either. Kate Middleton has taken at least a few taekwondo classes, and it's probably safe to say it would only take a few classes more before she became a force to be reckoned with.

Rugby seems to hold a special place in the heart of the Duchess, who never passes up an opportunity to get on the field. Any team would be lucky to have her on their team, should she ever decide to go pro.
