In 2019, Tyga was sued after he failed to make payments on his Ferrari and Rolls Royce, a debt that reached US$128k. So, was Tyga intimidated by the repo man? Not one bit, apparently. He went on and bought another luxury car; a Rolls-Royce Cullinan.

Nicolas Cage's cars weren't quite gone in 60 seconds, but in 2009, things weren't going well financially for the actor. At one time, Cage is said to have owned nine Rolls-Royces, but things were about to change.

By the end of 2009, the Hollywood star had two of his Rolls-Royces repossessed. The lease wasn't over at the time, and the leasing company had to sell the cars at a wholesale price. They then sued Cage for over US$241k, which was how much he owed for the lease.

Method Man -

The rapper and actor was the proud owner of a 2008 Lincoln Navigator. But luxury comes at a price, and one that should be paid. Method Man owed over US$52k in back taxes, so he got his ride repossessed in 2009.

But unlike other celebs on this list, it wasn't financial ruin that stopped the Wu-Tang Clan rapper from paying for his luxury car. When asked about it, Method Man explained: "Because I got high, I forgot to pay. It was stupid."

The star of 'The O.C.' had her Audi Q3 repossessed in 2013. Barton owed a total of US$40k on car repayments.

Then, in 2004, her Volkswagen was also taken by the repo man. The debt mounted to over US$25k.

The singer had two cars repossessed at a time of her life where she described herself as a "walking overdraft fee of $38."

The repossessions took place when Perry first moved to LA. The singer opened up about that period of her life: "I had two cars repossessed, tons of debt. I had a horrible job [critiquing music demos] that was damaging to my soul," she recalled in an interview.

The singer had three cars repossessed in the space of three months, back in in 2014. First it was his Mercedes-Benz G-Class, then a Bentley, and after that, his Lamborghini Aventador.

Kingston said that the Lambo was repossessed because he didn't want the car anymore. He explained that the car was leased and that the company repossessed it not just because he stopped making payments, but also to get free publicity (they towed it while Kingston was eating at a restaurant).

Music mogul Jermanine Dupri had his Lamborghini Murcielago repossessed in 2011.

The car was then sold for US$115,000 to pay off the debt, but Dupri still owed nearly US$80,000.  The leasing company then sued for the amount in 2013.

The mixed martial artist had his car repossessed by boxing legend George Foreman. Foreman gifted the car to Lewis when he began training him, but then Lewis didn't pursue a career in boxing, so the car was repossessed.

The British celeb, formerly known as Jordan, owned two pink cars: a Volkswagen Beetle and a Range Rover. Both cars were repossessed.

The VW was repossessed in 2019 after she failed to pay for it for months, and the Range Rover was repossessed in 2019, after Price filed for bankruptcy.
