Kelly Osbourne has revealed that she has gained nearly 30 pounds (13.6 kg) since appearing at the 2026 Brit Awards in February, reflecting on the severe weight loss she experienced during an emotionally difficult period. Speaking to The Sun, the 41-year-old said she was shocked when she saw photographs of herself. “It wasn’t an eating disorder. I just couldn’t do anything for myself,” she explained. “Eating made me feel like I wanted to throw up.”
Following the death of her father, Ozzy Osbourne, on July 22, and her subsequent split from former fiancé Sid Wilson, she described the past year as the worst of her life. At the height of her struggles, Osbourne says she visited her father's grave and begged him for help.
“I went to my dad’s grave with a white candle and I wrote a wish on it saying, ‘Please help me,’” she recalled. The next day, her mother, Sharon Osbourne, introduced her to therapist and life coach Chris Miller, whom Kelly Osbourne credits with helping turn her life around.
