On August 14, Vogue shared photos on Instagram from the wedding of Tallulah Willis, daughter of actors Bruce Willis and Demi Moore, with Bruce making a rare public appearance amid his current dementia care.

The wedding took place on August 8 in the backyard of Tallulah’s childhood home in Hailey, Idaho, where an intimate ceremony was held. Bruce was seen in one black-and-white photo with his arm around Tallulah, while her partner, Justin Acee, held his other hand as the actor smiled.

Bruce Willis’ family first announced in 2022 that he was stepping away from acting after being diagnosed with aphasia, a condition that affects communication. In 2023, they later revealed he had frontotemporal dementia, or FTD.

FTD is an umbrella term for a group of brain disorders that primarily affect the brain's frontal and temporal lobes. These areas of the brain are generally associated with personality, behavior, and language.
