Sexual arousal means a lot of blood flushes women’s erogenous areas, so breasts will get larger, and so will the vagina.

Some women might not even notice the blood flushing -

“Many women experience a ‘sex flush’ during arousal. Relaxation of blood vessels can cause a noticeable, red discoloration of the skin of the neck and chest that may go unnoticed with the lights off,” explains Jonathan Schaffir, associate professor of obstetrics and gynecology at Ohio State University.

UTIs are actually pretty common when a woman has sex for the first time or after a long period of abstinence. There’s even a name for it: “honeymoon cystitis.”

Some women experience menstrual-like cramps when they climax. The muscles in the pelvis and pelvic floor can contract involuntarily, and that can be painful. It is, however, usually a temporary response.

Some women experience a range of unpleasant emotional responses after sex, many of which include feelings of sadness.

Some women laugh uncontrollably when they reach the big O. The exact mechanisms are not fully understood, and some women do have involuntary responses such as spontaneous laughter.
