In an exclusive interview with People, '90 Day Fiancé' star Jenny Slatten and her husband, Sumit Singh, opened up about her ALS diagnosis only a couple of weeks before their anticipated appearance on season 3 of ‘90 Day: The Last Resort,’ set to premiere on June 1.
The couple learned about Slatten’s diagnosis in December 2025, a year after she started experiencing symptoms of the disease, such as having migraines, struggling to swallow, and a slowing down of her speech.
The couple continue to support each other, as they are working to adjust to the new reality of living with the illness and exploring potential treatments.
ALS is a degenerative disease that causes individuals to lose the use of their limbs gradually, and it has no cure. The condition became known worldwide thanks to a famous sufferer, the late British scientist Stephen Hawking, and has recently come under the spotlight with the premature death of actor Eric Dane.
