Despite being well aware of its nutritional downsides, millions of people continue to grab quick meals every day. A recent WorldAtlas report highlights some of the nation’s most unhealthy restaurant brands.
Researchers looked at menu items that pack excessive amounts of calories, sodium, sugar, and unhealthy fats into a single serving. The findings feature several well-known names that dominate the fast-food landscape. This is not surprising as many of the largest and most recognizable chains attract customers with their indulgent, calorie-heavy offerings.
