its perks. So how did people carry out tasks like research information or paying their bills?

March 12 marked 36 years since the initial proposal for the World Wide Web. Sir Tim Berners-Lee submitted his idea, entitled 'Information Management: A Proposal,' to his boss on this day in 1989. His idea developed from a flow chart, to a single browser, to external Web servers by 1991.
