At least five people were injured after a train derailed in Switzerland on the morning of February 16 due to an avalanche, police said following an urgent rescue operation to reach stranded passengers.
The accident near the town of Goppenstein happened while the region was under a level 4 avalanche warning, the second-highest on the scale.
