Meghan, Duchess of Sussex made a surprise appearance at Paris Fashion Week on October 4, her first time at the event in more than a decade. The duchess attended Balenciaga’s show to support her friend and the fashion house’s new creative director, Pierpaolo Piccioli, whose designs she has frequently worn. A spokesperson said her presence reflected “support for his new creative chapter.”
Arriving solo in Paris, Meghan was photographed greeting Vogue’s Anna Wintour and film director Baz Luhrmann. She wore a white ensemble of wide-leg trousers and a matching blazer from Balenciaga, paired with black pointed heels, later changing into a black dress for the evening.
Indeed, sespite being one of the most talked-about public figures, there’s much more to her story than the headlines.
