Lockdown restrictions at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic saw the temporary closure across much of the world of non-essential shops, stores, and boutiques, and that included barbershops and hairdressing salons. For a while those wishing to get their hair cut either had to let it grow long, or they cut it themselves.
