If you have ever been for a run, a long walk, or even spent a few hours in the garden, chances are you have experienced a blister. Blisters are annoying, painful, and they tend to develop when we engage in a repetitive activity that involves friction between our skin and the object we are holding.
While not all repetitive actions will cause a blister to develop, some activities such as running, shoveling snow, or even working in the garden are particularly blister-inducing. Luckily, there are some simple steps we can take to help prevent blisters from developing.
