The best exercises to burn belly fat
The ultimate list of exercises

When we refer to fat burning, we usually mean losing excess visible fat on our bodies. For this to happen, we have to kick start our metabolism and we need to be taking in fewer calories than we burn in a day, which is why diet is super important. Fat can be burned in many different ways. Generally, it's about getting our heart rate up and getting our muscles working. When our heart rate is up, it's burning more calories.
There are also other factors at play. For example, when we stop lifting weights, our muscles are burning calories long after we've left the gym and gone home. Our metabolism plays a big role, too. To learn about the best exercises to burn belly fat, click through this gallery.
